At Union Supported Living, we provide person-centred supported living services for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs across Warwickshire.

Our services are designed to support individuals to live independently in their own homes while receiving the care, guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.

As a not-for-profit organisation, our focus is on delivering high-quality, compassionate and responsive support that places the individual at the centre of everything we do.

  • We provide tailored support that adapts to the needs of each individual.

    Our services include:

    • supported living (including 24-hour support where required)
    • assistance with daily living and personal care
    • development of life skills and independence
    • support with community access and social activities
    • behaviour-aware and specialist support
    • ongoing review and adaptation of support plans

    Every support package is built around the individual’s needs, preferences and goals.

  • We provide structured, predictable and understanding environments that help autistic individuals feel safe, confident and supported.

Who We Support

We support adults who:

• have autism or learning disabilities
• have complex or additional support needs
• wish to live independently in their own home
• require structured and personalised support
• are transitioning from residential or family care

Our services are flexible and designed to adapt as needs change over time.

Accessing Our Services

Support is usually accessed through a referral from a social worker or local authority following a Care Needs Assessment under the Care Act 2014.

We also welcome enquiries from families, carers and professionals who would like to explore support options.
