Who We Are

A Trusted Supported Living Partner in Warwickshire

Union Supported Living is a not-for-profit organisation providing person-centred supported living services for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs across Warwickshire.

We work in partnership with commissioners, local authorities and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver safe, effective and responsive services that promote independence, dignity and positive long-term outcomes.

Our service is designed to align with current legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality, tailored support within their own homes.

Our Service Model

Union Supported Living operates as a Supported Living Service (SLS), supporting individuals to live in their own homes rather than residential care settings.

Our model focuses on:

• promoting independence and autonomy
• delivering 24-hour support where required
• enabling community integration and participation
• providing flexible, person-centred care packages

Support is tailored to the individual and evolves in response to changing needs, ensuring continuity and stability.
