As an Autism Support Worker at Union Supported Living, you will support autistic adults to live independently while recognising and respecting their unique ways of experiencing the world.

This role requires understanding, patience and a person-centred approach to support.

You will receive specialist training in:

• autism awareness
• communication strategies
